  • How do I place an order?

    1. Browse DawoodSport collections.

    2. Add all the items you want to your shopping bag.

    3. Click on "View my bag".

    4. If everything is correct, click on "Checkout".

    5. Enter a delivery address.

    6. Select delivery and payment methods. If you have a discount code, enter it here.

    7. Finalise your order by confirming your payment.

    8. You should receive a confirmation email containing your order details (if you don't, please contact our customer service team).

  • What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?

    If you order an item that is out of stock and won't be restocked in the following days, we will refund you using the same payment method.

  • How do I change or cancel my order?

    You need to contact us within 24hrs of purchase in order to cancel or change your order.

  • This is not what I ordered.

    In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information:

    - your order number

    - the name and photo of the item you didn't receive

    - the name and photo of the item (logo visible) you received in its place

    We will write to you within 24hrs of receiving your request with instructions on how to proceed.

  • Why was my order sent in several packages?

    Orders may be sent in several packages if:

    - the items are stocked in different warehouses

    - some items take longer to prepare

    - some items were being restocked

    You will receive an e-mail each time one of your packages is shipped.

  • RETURNS & REFUNDS


  • What can I do if I change my mind after placing an order?

    We offer a 60-day money back guarantee from the time we receive your order.

    If you change your mind, simply contact us and we will send you a return address.

  • How are long do refunds take?

    The refund request is processed as soon as the returned item arrives at our warehouse and has been checked. The average processing time is 15 days.

    Refunds are made using the same payment method as at the time of purchase. Delays therefore vary depending on the payment method used.

    It takes :

    - between 2-3 working days for PayPal

    - between 10-30 days for credit cards.

  • I have sent the package back, but have not received the refund?

    If your package has been delivered, it will take up to 15 days to validate your return and send you your refund.

    If you still haven't received your money after that time, please contact us.

  • What currency does DawoodSport use??

    Our shop prices are in EUROS (€).

    If you pay in another currency, for example US dollars, your bank will take care of EUR -> DOLLAR exchange.

    Please check your bank's exchange rates for more details.

  • Are the online payments secure?

    DawoodSport places great importance on security and takes all the necessary steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised use.

    Our tools and services are based on the latest e-commerce technology to ensure you have a
    reliable, efficient and secure shopping experience.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal

  • Do you accept payment by check or bank transfer?

    We only currently accept payment by credit card, debit card and Paypal.

  • Why doesn't my bank card work?

    Please check

    - you entered your card details correctly (name, surname, number, security code).

    - you haven't reached the limit on your card.

    - your bank hasn't blocked your card.

    If your payment is still being refused, please try another card or payment method.

  • Where do I enter my promo code?

    If you can't see where to enter your promotional code, please fill in your personal details, e.g. your delivery address, to proceed to the next step and make the box appear.

  • Why doesn't my promo code work?

    Your promo code may not work because:

    1. The code has expired.

    2. The code is valid from a certain purchase amount or on a specific product.

    3. Your order already includes a promotional offer, i.e. -30% on the 2nd product (you can only use one code per order)

  • When will my account be debited?

    The money will be debited as soon as the payment is authorised by your bank.

    You will receive an email confirming your order.

    If your card is declined or awaiting authorisation, no money will be taken. You may need to contact your card issuer to authorise the payment.

    Please note that the transaction may be visible on your real-time statements even if the payment hasn't yet been authorised. This happens because some banks hold the funds for a period of time before authorising payments.
